What is your Fulfillment Policy?

Refunds are not provided unless expressly agreed upon by both parties. As services commence immediately following payment, refunds are generally not feasible. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. Our digital services begin promptly upon receipt of payment.

Cancellations are not permitted as services commence immediately after payment. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept that cancellations are not allowed.


These Payment Policies govern transactions on Tellow AI.

1. Pricing

Subscription and pay-per-use plans are clearly outlined on our pricing page. Prices are listed and may include applicable taxes.

2. Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods as specified on our platform.

3. Refunds

Refunds are generally not available once a plan has been purchased. However, refunds may be issued under certain exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to the Service or errors in billing. Refund eligibility is determined at Tellow AI's sole discretion.

Subscription refunds are not available once the billing cycle begins. If you cancel your subscription, no refund will be issued, but your plan will remain active and valid until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Auto-Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of your current billing period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.

All features and services will continue to be available until the end of your paid subscription period, regardless of when you cancel.

6. Security

Payments are processed securely via PCI-compliant third-party providers.
